Overview

MBLab has been subcontracted to jointly with the N3 team at Yale University develop the QuNex toolbox to support the Human Connectome Project (HCP) that will run HCP pipelines within the QuNex Docker and Singularity containers. The containerized QuNex implementation of the HCP pipelines will be used to process the Connectome Coordination Facility (CCF) data for the Lifespan Aging, Lifespan Development, and Connectomes Related to Human Disease (CRHD) projects. MBLab is working directly with the CCF science team on advancing the image processing pipelines used by the CCF and adapting QuNex to support these advances.
